Your organization funds the experience — a rental budget plus staffing and setup. Attendees use the equipment at no personal cost.
On-Site Services
We set up on-site and attendees pay directly, or you provide a partial budget. A minimal fee may apply for staffing and setup.
Reserved Block Delivery
Reserve a set number of units and we deliver them as a block to your venue or office. Your team distributes and manages them — all we need is a single company point of contact responsible for receiving and returning the equipment. No on-site booth or staffing required.
Equipment is matched to your venue — terrain, weather, and indoor vs. outdoor all factor in.
