Ways to do it

Company Fully Encompassed

Your organization funds the rental budget plus staffing and setup. Attendees use the equipment at no personal cost.

On-Site Services

We set up on-site and attendees pay directly, or you provide a partial budget. A minimal fee may apply for staffing and setup.

Reserved Block Delivery

Reserve a set number of units and we deliver them as a block to your venue or office. Your team distributes and manages them. All we need is a single company point of contact responsible for receiving and returning the equipment. No on-site booth or staffing required.

Equipment is matched to your venue. Terrain, weather, and indoor vs. outdoor all factor in.

  • “I have MS and I walk with a walker. I attended the Renaissance festival 3 years ago using my wheelchair and a couple of hearty grandsons. It was rough on my walker and miserable for me. This year I heard about this scooter business and was excited to be able to rent it for the festival. I love to attend the festival with my grandkids and great-grandkids and I hate being a burden to them having to push me in a wheelchair. Renting the scooter was easy. The day of the event, meet up went well and I had the best time ever! The scooter was sturdy, well made and easy to operate. I had used a scooter similar to this one a few years ago when I went on a cruise. The scooter did well over the rough terrain of the Renaissance festival. I kept it at the turtle speed which was plenty since there was largest attendance I had ever seen. I was surprised when it was small enough to weave into privy. I was concerned about that, where other handicap conveyances wouldn’t fit. Needless to say this scooter was a Godsend! Me and my family had a wonderful day at the festival! Convention & corporate rental FAQ

Do you deliver to the Kansas City Convention Center / Bartle Hall area?
Yes. We deliver to 40+ downtown and Crown Center hotels nearest the Convention Center, staged at your hotel’s bell stand under your reservation name before you arrive. We don’t deliver directly to or pick up from Bartle Hall itself; convention loading docks are reserved for show-contractor freight, so hotel delivery is the reliable option for individual attendees and small teams.
Can you supply multiple units for an exhibitor or group?
Yes. We provide multiple scooters and wheelchairs delivered together and billed to one account, with a single company point of contact for receiving and returning the equipment.
How late can I book for a convention?
If you need it today, we'll make every effort to fit in a same-day delivery, but booking earlier is the only way to secure availability for larger group orders.
Who pays, the company or the attendees?
Either. You can fund the rental so attendees pay nothing, have attendees pay directly on-site, or reserve a block of units we deliver to your venue for your team to manage.
What does a corporate proposal include?
Equipment matched to your venue (terrain, indoor vs. outdoor), staffing and setup options, and pricing. Submit the request form below and we follow up with options and a quote.
What does "professionally staffed" actually mean?
For staffed setups we handle delivery and setup, a quick orientation for each rider, monitoring and battery swaps through the day, basic on-site troubleshooting, and collection at the end. Your team can focus on the event instead of the equipment.
Are you insured for our venue?
We carry business liability coverage and insure our own fleet, and we’re glad to provide details for your venue or risk team. Riders are responsible for damage during use; an optional damage waiver is available to limit that responsibility.
Can the equipment carry our branding?
For host-funded and on-site programs we can usually accommodate simple signage or branded touches at the booth. Ask about options when you submit your request.
