Reserve a set number of units and we deliver them as a block to your venue or office. Your team distributes and manages them — all we need is a single company point of contact responsible for receiving and returning the equipment. No on-site booth or staffing required.

Convention & corporate rental FAQ

Do you deliver to the Kansas City Convention Center / Bartle Hall area?

Yes — we deliver to 40+ downtown and Crown Center hotels nearest the Convention Center, and to the venue, via the bell desk under your reservation name.

Can you supply multiple units for an exhibitor or group?

Yes — we provide multiple scooters and wheelchairs delivered together and billed to one account, with a single company point of contact for receiving and returning the equipment.

How late can I book for a convention?

Same-day delivery is available when you order by 2pm CT, but earlier is safer for guaranteed availability on larger group orders.

Who pays — the company or the attendees?

Either. You can fund the rental so attendees pay nothing, have attendees pay directly on-site, or reserve a block of units we deliver to your venue for your team to manage.

What does a corporate proposal include?

Equipment matched to your venue (terrain, indoor vs. outdoor), staffing and setup options, and pricing. Submit the request form below and we follow up with options and a quote.

What does "professionally staffed" actually mean?

For staffed setups we handle delivery and setup, a quick orientation for each rider, monitoring and battery swaps through the day, basic on-site troubleshooting, and collection at the end — so your team can focus on the event, not the equipment.

Are you insured for our venue?

We carry business liability coverage and insure our own fleet, and we’re glad to provide details for your venue or risk team. Riders are responsible for damage during use; an optional damage waiver is available to limit that responsibility.

Can the equipment carry our branding?

For host-funded and on-site programs we can usually accommodate simple signage or branded touches at the booth — ask about options when you submit your request.
