How hotel delivery works

How delivery works in three steps: reserve online in about two minutes, we deliver to your hotel same-day by 2pm, then we pick it up when your rental ends.
  1. You reserve online or by phone. Tell us the hotel and your arrival date.
  2. We coordinate with the bell stand ahead of your arrival — most major KC hotels already have our workflow on file.
  3. Delivery before 2pm on your arrival day. The scooter is tagged with your name and staged at the bell stand.
  4. Hand-off at check-in. The bell captain hands you the scooter along with any luggage you're picking up. No stop at the front desk, no signature.
  5. Charge overnight in your room. Standard wall outlet. Plenty for the next day.
  6. Pickup at checkout. Bell stand holds the scooter on departure morning; our driver collects the same day.

Contactless delivery

The bell-stand hand-off is effectively contactless — there's no in-person rental transaction with your driver because everything happens through the hotel's normal bell-service workflow. For contactless-plus arrangements (no staff interaction at all, drop at a specific time), call us and we'll coordinate.

How is hotel delivery priced?
Delivery is zone-based by driving distance from our Leavenworth, KS fleet location: Local $25 (0–10 mi), Metro $50 (11–30 mi), Regional $75 (31–50 mi), Extended $75+$2.50/mi (51+ mi). Downtown KC, Crown Center, and Plaza hotels typically fall in the Regional zone; Overland Park, Lenexa, and the Legends cluster are Metro; Leavenworth-area properties are Local. The main site shows the exact fee for your specific address before you confirm.
What if my hotel isn't on the list?
If your property isn't listed, it's because we haven't delivered to it yet — not because we don't serve that corridor. The absence-from-list doesn't mean absence-of-service. Call (913) 775-1098 and we'll confirm.
How does bell-stand delivery work?
We drop your scooter, wheelchair, transport chair, knee scooter, or rollator at your hotel's bell stand before your check-in, tagged with your name and arrival date. The bell captain hands it to you at check-in. No paperwork at the front desk, no rental-agreement stop, no signature. Your room key opens your room; the bell captain hands you your equipment with your luggage.
Do you need to notify the hotel ahead of time?
We coordinate directly with the bell stand or guest services on our end. You don't need to call the hotel separately, though a quick note at check-in that "equipment was delivered for me" is never a bad idea. Most major Kansas City hotels already have our delivery workflow on file.
What about contactless delivery?
The bell-stand hand-off is already effectively contactless — your equipment is left with the bell staff, tagged with your name, and you receive it at check-in without any in-person rental transaction. For contactless-plus arrangements (no staff interaction at all, drop at a specific time to a designated area), call and we'll coordinate.
Can you deliver to an Airbnb or VRBO instead?

Yes — this applies to mobility scooters specifically. Every scooter we rent charges from a standard wall outlet, and overnight charging in the guest room is the typical pattern; hotels don't require special electrical accommodation. Wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters, and the rollator don't need charging at all.
