How pricing is structured

Pricing depends on the equipment category. Mobility scooters rent by the day, week, or month, with rates varying by model. Knee scooters, rollators, transport chairs, and manual wheelchairs rent by the week or the month only — no daily rate is offered on those categories.

Mobility scooter pricing

ModelDailyWeeklyMonthly
Pride Go-Go Traveller (3- or 4-wheel)$45$180$400
Pride Go-Go Sport (3- or 4-wheel)$50$200$425
Pride Go-Go LX with CTS Suspension (4-wheel)$50$200$425
Pride Victory 10 (4-wheel)$60$240$500

A 2-day rate is auto-calculated from the daily on the main-site reservation flow.

Knee scooter, rollator, transport chair, and wheelchair pricing

EquipmentWeeklyMonthly
Knee scooter (All-Terrain, Hybrid, Kids/Small Adult)$50$100
Rollator (Lightweight Euro Style or Standard)$50$100
Lightweight Transport Chair$50$100
Manual Wheelchair (16, 18, 20, or 22-inch seat)$50$100

One week is the minimum rental window for these categories. For single-day events (a funeral, a graduation), the weekly rate is still the entry point — we deliver the day before and pick up at the end of the week.

Peak event weekends — Chiefs home weekends, Plaza Lights season, Kansas Speedway race weekends — may carry an event-surcharge for the inventory pressure; the main-site flow shows the rate for your specific dates before you confirm.

What's included

Delivery model

Delivery is to a hotel, private residence, Airbnb, or short-term rental — not to an event venue. For hotels, the typical workflow is bell-stand delivery before your arrival so the scooter is waiting when you check in. For residences, we coordinate a 30–60 minute delivery window directly with the recipient. Pickup runs the reverse pattern: hotels collect from the bell stand on departure morning; residences coordinate a window on the return day. Delivery is priced by zone based on driving distance from our Leavenworth fleet — see the zone table above. We deliver across the full KC metro plus Lawrence KS, Topeka KS, Atchison KS, St. Joseph MO, and the surrounding Northeast Kansas / Northwest Missouri region.

Delivery does not include the event venue itself. The scooter travels from your hotel to Arrowhead, Kauffman Stadium, the Overland Park Convention Center, Bartle Hall, Worlds of Fun, the Plaza, or wherever else on the day's itinerary via your personal vehicle, a rideshare, or a short roll from a hotel within rolling distance of the venue.

The reservation process

  1. Pick your dates and model. Reserve online at kcmobilityrentals.com/reserve or by calling 913-775-1098. The reservation flow matches scooter model options to your rental window and shows current pricing before you confirm.
  2. Provide the delivery address. Hotel name, Airbnb address, or private residence — we need where the scooter is going.
  3. Pay at booking. Credit card on the main site reservation flow. That secures your rental; there's no separate deposit-and-balance step.
  4. Receive a confirmation. You get an email with the rental details, the delivery window, and our direct phone for any questions.
  5. We coordinate the delivery. For hotels, we coordinate with the bell stand. For residences, we coordinate a window with you directly.
  6. Use the scooter. Charge it overnight at your accommodation.
  7. Return at pickup. Hotel bell stand hands it back to our driver on departure morning; residences coordinate a pickup window.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a mobility scooter rental cost in Kansas City?
Mobility scooter rentals are priced daily, weekly, and monthly, with the rate depending on the model. Pride Go-Go Traveller (3- or 4-wheel) starts at $45/day, $180/week, $400/month. Pride Go-Go Sport and Go-Go LX with CTS run $50/day, $200/week, $425/month. Pride Victory 10 (4-wheel) is the heavy-duty option at $60/day, $240/week, $500/month. A 2-day rate is auto-calculated from the daily. Reserve online for your exact dates or call 913-775-1098 for a direct quote.
How much do knee scooters, rollators, transport chairs, and wheelchairs cost?
These categories are weekly and monthly rentals only — no daily or 2-day rate. Pricing is uniform across the category: $50/week, $100/month for any knee scooter (All-Terrain, Hybrid, Kids/Small Adult), any rollator (Lightweight Euro Style or Standard), the Lightweight Transport Chair, and any manual wheelchair (16, 18, 20, or 22-inch seat). The weekly tier is the entry point even for short visits.
Is delivery included in the rental price?
No — delivery is priced separately by zone based on driving distance from our Leavenworth, KS fleet: Local $25 (0–10 miles), Metro $50 (11–30 miles), Regional $75 (31–50 miles), Extended $50 + $2/mile (51+ miles). The main site reservation flow shows your exact delivery fee before you confirm.
What comes with the rental?
Every rental includes the equipment itself, the relevant accessories (front basket and charger on scooters, standard cushion on wheelchairs), and a 10-minute operation walk-through at delivery. Fuller batteries on request for extended-day scooter use. We leave you a setup card with our direct number for anything that comes up during the rental.
Is there a minimum rental period?
For mobility scooters: no minimum — daily rentals are available, ideal for a game day, a Plaza Lights evening, or a single-day family event. For knee scooters, rollators, transport chairs, and wheelchairs: the minimum is one week. These categories aren't available at a daily rate.
When do I pay?
You don't pay when you submit the request. We review and accept it (usually within a business day), then email a secure payment link — payment is due within 48 hours of acceptance, and your reservation is confirmed once it's paid. We don't require a deposit plus a separate balance; the booking payment is the rental payment. We do not collect payment at delivery — the only place we take payment in person is at our event booths.
What happens if my plans change?
Contact us as early as you can if your arrival or departure shifts — we can usually adjust delivery timing, extend, or shorten a rental. Our cancellation policy is on the cancellation policy page and is shown to you when you reserve.
Do you deliver to event venues directly — the stadium, the convention hall?
No. Delivery is to a hotel, home, or short-term rental — not to the event venue itself. Taking the scooter from your hotel to the event (and back) is the user's own transportation, typically via personal vehicle, rideshare, or by rolling from a hotel within rolling distance of the venue.
What forms of payment do you take?
Major credit cards through the main site reservation flow. For partner-invoiced scenarios (HR, meeting planners, tour operators), purchase orders and net-30 invoicing are available — see the partner pages for specific billing workflows.
