On-site event rental FAQ

How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better for larger groups — event weekends book up. Tell us your dates, expected attendance, and venue and we’ll confirm what we can staff. Small setups can sometimes come together on short notice.
Who pays — the host or the guests?
Your choice. You can fully fund the experience so guests pay nothing, have guests pay us directly on-site, or reserve a block of units we deliver for your team to manage. We’ll walk through which fits your event and budget.
How many units can you bring?
We scale to the event and assess every one individually — fleet size depends on your attendance, footprint, and how units cycle through the day. Share your headcount and we’ll recommend a number.
What does on-site service include?
Delivery and setup, a quick orientation for each rider, monitoring and battery swaps through the day, and collection at the end. You provide the space; we handle the equipment and the booth.
Can you handle grass, gravel, hills, or rain?
Yes — we match the fleet to the conditions. A 50-acre outdoor festival on grass and slopes gets sturdier outdoor units; a convention hall gets nimble indoor scooters. Terrain, weather, and indoor-vs-outdoor all factor into the plan.
Are you insured?
We carry business liability coverage and insure our own fleet. Guests and hosts are responsible for damage during use; an optional damage waiver is available to limit that responsibility. We’re happy to share coverage details for your venue’s requirements.
Can guests reserve a specific unit ahead of time?
Pre-registration is a checkout shortcut, not a held reservation — event inventory is finite and walk-ups at the booth are served in turn. Reserving a block in advance is the surest way to guarantee units for your group.
