Delivering to the MKC FBOs

Kansas City Downtown Airport has two FBOs, and we deliver to either one, trip by trip, arranged by whoever is planning the arrival. Share the tail number or passenger name and the ETA; we stage the equipment in the FBO lobby before touchdown, following the FBO's own procedures, and collect it at departure or from the passenger's hotel.

We are an independent, locally owned rental company. We have no formal arrangement with either FBO; they're simply where the equipment is delivered.

How it works

Timing: for a known arrival time, the equipment is waiting before touchdown. For a same-day request, we make every effort to fit it in and tell you honestly what the day allows.
Discretion: secure-link invoicing and payment with the assistant, operator or family office, so the passenger never deals with a bill. Billing information is never stored on our servers.
Onward stay: the same equipment can go on to the hotel, or we deliver a second unit there, and collect everything at the end.
Crew layovers: crew renting for personal use pay our standard published rates.
The fleet: travel and full-size mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters and rollators. We don't rent power wheelchairs.

Pricing

Our standard published rates, the same as every rental: mobility scooters by the day or week, wheelchairs and other equipment by the week or month, plus zone-based delivery. There are no surcharges for FBO delivery and no referral fees.
