“Highly recommended. Jeff was fantastic throughout. Was in KC area for a long weekend, scooter was delivered to hotel and waiting for us when we arrived, fully charged. Nice scooter, zero problems. Left the scooter at the front desk at checkout, and it was picked up thereafter. We'll definitely use this service/company next time we come to the KC area. Thank you!”

2-day convention

Chiefs game
“Rented scooter for several days in KC. Scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at hotel. I had mentioned to Jeff we would be using it at a Chiefs football game and he made sure we had appropriate battery and provided useful guidance on using scooter at stadium. Scooter was clean and seemed to be well maintained. We would definitely use this business again if we find ourselves in KC.”

Elks Convention

“This company was so easy to use and the service was fabulous. I contacted them from California to rent a mobility scooter to use when visiting Kansas City for a convention. Jeffrey was very accommodating and a pleasure to coordinate with. He dropped off the scooter for me to the front desk at the Westin Crown Center and picked it up from there as well. This was my first time renting a mobility scooter and everything went smoothly and flawlessly. I highly recommend them.”

He was able to deliver it within four hours of when I called and he drove 45 minutes from Kansas over into Missouri at that. He made sure it was the exact size and type I needed. Museum tour
“Excellent customer service and follow-up. We came from outside of Kansas to tour two museums. Both museums have wheelchairs but not scooters. My 93-year-old Dad doesn't need a wheelchair, but the scooter gave him independence and the ability to tour at his own pace.”

“Jeff was absolutely incredible to work with. I was able to reach him about midnight on a Saturday night — my mother-in-law could not understand how to work her wheelchair. He had a wheelchair delivered to her care facility by 9 AM on Sunday morning. That's amazing and totally unheard of these days. I needed to extend the use time two different times and he was totally easy to work with. I highly highly recommend them for any mobility needs you may have.”

Concert
“We needed a scooter for a concert. Jeff brought it to our home, showed us how to operate, set up and break it down. He even sent a YouTube link to a video that showed us how to do it all again in case we forgot. Pricing was fair, delivery was super convenient, and Jeff was such a nice guy. Will rent from Jeff any time we need a mobility device. Thanks so much!”

About us, in case you're new here

KC Mobility Scooter Rentals LLC is veteran-owned (Jeffrey Guzman, U.S. Army, retired after 20 years), family-operated, with a real shop at 703 Pennsylvania Ave in Leavenworth, KS. We deliver mobility scooters and wheelchairs across the Kansas City metro and we've quietly become the rental Kansas City hotels and the Convention Center call when a guest needs equipment.
