Rollator Rentals in Kansas City

We rent the Lightweight Euro-Style Rollator (Medline F-22), a wheeled walker with a built-in seat, four wheels (larger front wheels for outdoor surfaces), ergonomic hand brakes with a parking lock, and a frame that folds for trunk transport. It's built for someone who can walk but wants a stable frame to lean on and a seat to rest on partway through the day.

Rollator rentals are common for family visits, long museum or shopping days, wedding weekends, and any day where standing in one place is harder than walking with support. Billed weekly or monthly, delivered ready to use, no prescription needed.

Rental questions

How much does it cost to rent a rollator in Kansas City?
The rollator is $50 per week or $100 per month. There's no daily rate, since most rentals run several days to a few weeks rather than a single day. The reservation flow shows your exact total, including delivery, before you confirm.
What rollator do you rent?
The Lightweight Euro-Style Rollator (Medline F-22). It is a wheeled walker with a built-in seat, four wheels with larger front wheels for outdoor surfaces, ergonomic hand brakes with a parking lock, and a frame that folds for trunk transport. We rent this one model, not a range of sizes.
Is a rollator different from a walker?
Yes. A standard walker has no wheels (or two) and requires lifting or pushing with each step; a rollator has four wheels, rolls continuously as you walk, and includes a seat to rest on. See our rollator vs. walker comparison for the full breakdown of which fits your situation.
Is a rollator or a wheelchair the right choice?
A rollator is for someone who can walk but wants a stable frame to lean on and a seat to rest on partway through the day. If you need to be pushed or self-propel for longer distances instead of walking, a wheelchair is the better fit. See our wheelchair rental page for pricing and sizes.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. One week is the minimum, since there's no daily rate. A 10-day rental bills as one week plus a few days at the same weekly rate, not two full weeks.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to your hotel, home, or short-term rental, and to the venue itself on request; venue deliveries carry an additional $50–$75 fee, because they take more of our small team's time. For hotels, the rollator is tagged with your name and staged at the bell stand before you check in. See our full hotel delivery process for detail.
Do I need a prescription or insurance to rent?
No. This is a hospitality rental, booked like a hotel or rental car. No prescription, insurance, doctor's note or paperwork is required. You simply reserve the equipment for your dates.
Is this a veteran-owned business?
Yes. Jeff Guzman, a U.S. Army veteran, founded it in 2023 and still runs it today. If you're a veteran, a VA caregiver, or visiting a veteran family member in Kansas City, feel free to mention it when you call. We're happy to help however we can.
What mobility equipment can I rent?
Mobility scooters (3-wheel and 4-wheel Pride Go-Go Traveller, Go-Go Sport, Go-Go LX with CTS suspension, and heavy-duty Victory 10), manual wheelchairs in 16"–20" seat widths, knee scooters, rollators, and lightweight transport chairs.
How much does it cost to rent a wheelchair, knee scooter, or rollator?
Manual wheelchairs (16", 18", and 20" seat widths), knee scooters, rollators, and transport chairs are $50 per week or $100 per month. These categories don't have a daily rate. One week is the minimum.
What is the heaviest-duty option / weight capacity?
The heaviest-duty option is the Pride Victory 10 scooter, which supports up to 400 lb. The Go-Go Sport and Go-Go LX support up to 325 lb, and our manual wheelchairs up to 300 lb. If you're unsure which model fits, call us and we'll match one to the rider's size and use.
How do I return the equipment?
You don't have to bring it anywhere. We pick it up from your hotel, home, or Airbnb when the rental ends, scheduled around your checkout or travel plans. If you picked up at our shop (703 Pennsylvania Ave, Leavenworth, KS), return it there during business hours (10am–5pm daily).
