We don't keep most parts on hand. When you order, we order your part directly from Pride, so you get the right factory part.

Please give us your serial number

Pride changes parts during a model's production, so the serial number on your scooter or chair is how we make sure the part fits. We can't accept returns on a part ordered without a serial number.

Questions people ask us

Do you have the part in stock?

Usually not. We don't keep most parts on hand; we order them directly from Pride when you order, so you get a genuine factory part rather than one that has been sitting on a shelf. We'll tell you when it's expected to arrive when we confirm your order.

Why do you ask for the serial number?

Pride changes parts partway through a model's production, so two scooters with the same name can need different parts. The serial number tells us exactly which version you have, so the part fits the first time. We can't accept returns on a part ordered without a serial number.

Where do I find the serial number?

On a scooter, look for a white label on the frame under the seat or near the rear of the scooter. On a power chair, it is usually on the frame under the seat or near the battery tray. It is a mix of letters and numbers; a photo of the label works too.

Can you install the part?

We only repair certain models, so if you'd like us to install the part, please call us at 913-775-1098 before you order it. We'll confirm we work on your model first. Otherwise pick the part up at our Leavenworth shop when it arrives.

Are the prices final?

They are the price per part, plus tax. If Pride's price for a part has changed by the time we order it, we'll tell you before we place the order.
