How it works
Once you are approved we issue you a referral code and a link. Share either one. When a client books with your code — or through your link — we record the referral automatically, and a 15% referral commission on the qualifying completed rental is yours.
We pay on the rental and the delivery together, before sales tax. So a client who books a scooter for the weekend with delivery to their hotel is a real commission, not a rounding error.
Your client pays the same either way. A referral is not a discount code and nothing is added to their bill to cover it — the commission comes out of our side. Mentioning us costs them nothing and costs you nothing.
When you get paid
After the rental ends and is paid for. A booking that gets cancelled does not earn a commission, which is the only condition attached. We reconcile and pay out directly — there is nothing for you to invoice or chase.
What you are actually referring them to
A small, local Kansas City rental company. I’m Jeff Guzman, owner of KC Mobility Scooter Rentals. We’re local and veteran-owned, and I answer the phone myself. Renting mobility equipment is all we do — we own our equipment and deliver it ourselves, so your client deals with the person who shows up, not a call center.
We rent mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters and rollators, delivered anywhere in the metro seven days a week, and if they need it today, we make every effort to fit in a same-day rental. We do not rent electric or power wheelchairs. We are a hospitality rental, not a medical provider.
No contract, no exclusivity, no fee
There is nothing to sign and nothing to join. If you never send anyone, we never contact you about it. If you would rather just have the number and skip the commission entirely, call 913-775-1098 and ask for Jeff — that works too.
