Accessibility Statement

Helping people get around with dignity is the whole reason we exist — so an accessible website isn't an afterthought for us, it's the point. Here's where we stand and how to reach us if anything gets in your way.

Our commitment

KC Mobility Scooter Rentals LLC is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. If any part of our site or service is hard to use, we want to fix it — and in the meantime, we'll happily help you directly.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current international standard. The site passes automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing, and we have remediated the high-impact barriers we found. We consider the site partially conformant: most of the standard is met, while we complete hands-on assistive-technology testing across every page. We are not yet making a claim of full, independently certified conformance — and we'd rather tell you that honestly than overstate it.

How we assess this site

This statement reflects automated accessibility testing (against WCAG 2.2 AA) combined with a manual review of our reservation flow. We re-check accessibility when we make significant changes to the site. We welcome your feedback — it's the best way we improve.
