Kansas City, Missouri is where most visitors to the area spend their days. A convention downtown, a ballgame at the Truman Sports Complex, an afternoon at Union Station and the WWI Museum, dinner on the Plaza. It is a city of big buildings and long blocks, and the walking adds up quickly: a garage to a convention hall, the length of Union Station’s Grand Hall, the slope from the Nelson-Atkins down to the sculpture lawn.

Where we deliver in Kansas City, MO
We deliver across the city: hotels downtown and at Crown Center, on the Plaza and in Westport, the airport hotels near KCI, homes and apartments from the Northland to Waldo, short-term rentals in the Crossroads and the River Market, and senior living communities in every part of town. We set the equipment up, show you how it works, and come back for it when the rental ends.
At a hotel, the hand-off happens at the front desk or bell stand, timed to your arrival. If you are in town for an event, delivery to your hotel the day before is the easiest way to start. Delivery to a venue itself is available on request for an added $50–$75.
Conventions and game days
The Kansas City Convention Center and the hotels around it host trade shows, conventions and tournaments through the year. Show floors are big, and a full day can mean miles of walking between the floor, the meeting rooms and your hotel. Game days are their own planning job. Kauffman Stadium and GEHA Field at Arrowhead share large parking lots at the Truman Sports Complex, T-Mobile Center sits in the middle of downtown, and CPKC Stadium is on the riverfront. When your dates line up with a big home game, a concert or a holiday weekend, book early, because the city fills up.
Museums, the Plaza and Crown Center
Many visitors build a day around one part of the city. Union Station, Crown Center and the National WWI Museum and Memorial sit close together just south of downtown. The Nelson-Atkins and the Country Club Plaza are a short drive further south. The 18th & Vine Jazz District holds the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and the American Jazz Museum. Each is the kind of place where a scooter keeps the second half of the day as easy as the first. Living in Kansas City
Not every rental is for a trip. Residents rent for a family wedding, a graduation, a weekend of houseguests, an evening at the Plaza Lights, or a season of ballgames. We also repair scooters, replace batteries, and haul away equipment you no longer need, all described further up this page.
The drive from our shop
Our shop is in Leavenworth, Kansas, about 46 minutes from downtown Kansas City, Missouri. We are a veteran-owned, owner-operated business, and we bring the equipment to you ourselves. Delivery is priced by driving distance, and the reservation flow shows your exact fee before you confirm.
Booking
Every rental is a minimum of 2 calendar days. Mobility scooters are priced by the day; wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters and the lightweight rollator are priced by the week or month. Reserve online or call (913) 775-1098, and tell us where you are staying.
