Delivery and booking
Delivery window. Hotels before 2pm on arrival day. Residences and short-term rentals on a coordinated 30–60 minute window.
Fleet matching. Standard four-wheel for most rentals. Compact travel for rideshare-heavy or family-vehicle plans. Heavy-duty four-wheel for larger users or extended outdoor-recreation days.
Rental duration. By the day, no minimums. Post-surgical 4–8 weeks is common; visitor rentals 2–7 days.
No medical paperwork. Standard hospitality rental — no prescription, no insurance reconciliation, no medical documentation required.
Payment. Credit card at booking through the main site reservation flow. Partner-invoiced billing (PO, net-30) is available for HR accommodations, meeting-planner groups, and tour operators — see the partner pages.
