Where it goes wrong
Almost never during the ceremony. It is the walk from parking to the ceremony to the reception — often across grass, in shoes chosen for a wedding — and then an hour of standing for photographs afterwards. That is the part that ends the day early.
What we need from you: nothing
You pass on a number or your referral link. The guest books with us, we work out what suits the venue and the ground, and they pay us directly — it never appears on your invoice, your vendor paperwork or your timeline.
A referral commission, if you want one
Referral commissions are ordinary in this trade, so we pay one: a 15% referral commission on qualifying completed rentals booked through your referral code. We issue you a code and link, the guest uses it when they book, and the commission is paid after the rental ends — nothing to invoice us for and nothing to chase. Request a referral code, or reply to any email from us and we will set you up.
It is entirely optional. If you would rather simply hand over a number and keep the arrangement at arm's length, that works too, and your couple or guest pays our normal price either way — the commission comes out of our side, never added to their bill.
One detail worth passing along: tell us the surface. Small-wheeled transport chairs bog down on soft grass where a larger-wheeled scooter is fine, so if we know the ground in advance we send the right thing.
Two things before you recommend us
You are putting your own name behind this, so plainly: we are a hospitality rental company, not a medical provider — no prescriptions, no insurance, no medical advice. And we do not rent electric or power wheelchairs.
Plenty of these calls come the week of, or after the rehearsal, when someone finally walks the route. That is normal — need it today? We make every effort to fit in a same-day rental across the metro. Call 913-775-1098 and describe the day and we will tell you what fits, including when the cheaper rollator is the better answer than the scooter.
