Scooters, wheelchairs and rollators delivered to the venue or the family’s hotel, cleaned and charged. Billed to the family directly, so it never reaches your invoice.

Where it actually shows up

The long walk in. Parking to the ceremony site, then the ceremony to the reception. Usually further than anyone counted on, often on grass or gravel.
Photographs. An hour of standing around after the ceremony, which is what ends the day early for a lot of older guests.
The guest who will not say. People do not want to be the reason anyone fusses at a wedding. They just quietly stop taking part.
Decided late. Often the family only realises at the rehearsal. Same-day across the metro when we are called by early afternoon.

How it works for you

  1. Pass on our number or the link. That is the whole of your involvement.
  2. The family books direct and we talk them through what suits the venue and the surface.
  3. We deliver the day before to the venue or their hotel, cleaned and charged.
  4. We bill the family — never your invoice, never your vendor paperwork.
  5. We collect afterwards at a time they give us. Nothing for your team on teardown.

What it costs you or the couple

Nothing — and there’s no commission either. We don’t pay referral fees to anyone, in any program, so there’s no contract and nothing to reconcile, nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose. We bill the customer directly. If you’d like to link us from your website we’ll set up a discount code for your people — we create it and we manage it, so it still costs you nothing and there is still nothing for you to track.

We are a hospitality rental company, not a medical provider — no prescriptions, no insurance, no medical advice — which keeps this simple for you to recommend. And we do not rent electric or power wheelchairs. We would rather you knew that now than have a client call and be disappointed.
