Game day in Kansas City shouldn’t end with someone you love saying “I’ll catch the next one” because they spent all their energy just getting in. We deliver a charged scooter to your hotel before you check in, and it stays with you from the parking lot through the tailgate to your accessible seat, so the whole crew makes it to kickoff together.
Kansas City sports run on a rhythm that rewards good logistics. Chiefs Sundays are an event, not just a game. Royals home stands stack three or four games into a weekend. NASCAR weekends at Kansas Speedway turn into full three-day camps. Big 12 Tournament week sends fans across multiple games over four or five days. Sporting KC and Kansas City Current matches at Children’s Mercy Park and CPKC Stadium add Saturday and weeknight games throughout their seasons. The fans who come from out of town for any of these events have one thing in common: they’re going to be on their feet for a lot more hours than a normal day.
We rent scooters to those fans. Hotel delivery, full game-day or full-weekend rental, simple booking. The goal is to take one logistical concern off the trip and let you focus on the game.

We deliver across the metro: downtown hotels, hotels near the Speedway and the Legends, hotels near the Truman Sports Complex, and Plaza or Crown Center properties. Then the scooter goes with you to the venue. Seven venues carry almost all of the Kansas City sports calendar:

One of the more scooter-friendly venues in baseball. Wide concourses, ramps where you would expect them, accessible seating across price tiers, the fountains beyond the outfield and the hall of fame for pre-game.
For long home stands, a weekend rental covers a Friday–Sunday series instead of one game.

A compact ballpark beside the Legends Outlets, minutes from Kansas Speedway and Children’s Mercy Park. Distances inside are short and the concourse is level, so the scooter mostly buys you the walk in from the lot and the standing time in line.
A steady summer weeknight option when the bigger venues are dark. The club takes its name from the Negro Leagues’ Kansas City Monarchs. It's worth pairing with the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum at 18th & Vine.
T-Mobile Center

Two blocks from the convention center and walking distance from every downtown convention hotel. The free, fully-accessible streetcar extends your range to Crown Center and the River Market for pre- and post-game dining.
Big 12 week is four to five dense days with fans of several programs in town at once.

Hotel and home delivery, and the venue on request
We deliver to your hotel or home, and to the venue on request. Venue deliveries carry an additional fee, typically $50–$75, because meeting you at a venue takes more of our small team’s time than a front-desk hand-off. On game day the hotel is usually the smoother choice. Game-day operations at every Kansas City stadium and arena are built around moving large crowds in and out. They have no setup for individual rental drop-offs and pickups, and even if they did, the timing would be impossible. Pre-game, the venue staff is preparing for tens of thousands of fans. Post-game, parking lots are packed. A venue hand-off has to be planned around that, which is why it costs more and why we usually suggest the hotel.
What works: we deliver to your hotel before check-in. The scooter is at the bell stand or front desk when you arrive. You take it to the game (most fans rideshare or use accessible transportation from hotel to venue, though Power & Light hotels are within roll-distance of T-Mobile Center). The scooter goes to your accessible-seating area or to the venue’s mobility device storage. After the game, you reverse the trip back to the hotel.
Tailgating with a rental scooter
For Chiefs and Royals games, and especially for the bigger Chiefs weekends, tailgating is a real reason to rent. Walking the parking lots from car to tailgate to gate burns through a lot of energy before you’ve even watched a play. A scooter lets you actually move around the lots, visit other tailgates, and arrive at the gate with energy left for the game itself.
For tailgating-heavy weekends we’ll recommend a scooter with battery range comfortably above what a typical day demands. The relevant question to plan for: roughly how many miles will you cover between hotel-to-game and hotel-to-game-back, including the time on foot in the parking lots? Most fans land in the four-to-eight-mile range for a full Chiefs Sunday, and we size the unit accordingly.
Pre-game and post-game logistics
Most Kansas City sporting events involve more than just the game itself. A Chiefs Sunday includes a tailgate window, the game, and (for many fans) a post-game stop somewhere in the Power & Light District. A Royals weekend often pairs games with Crown Center, Union Station, or a Plaza dinner. NASCAR weekends include qualifying days, Xfinity races, and the main event spread across Friday through Sunday. Sporting KC and KC Current matches frequently end with dinner at a Crossroads or Power & Light restaurant.
The rental scooter handles all of these pre- and post-game stops. Power & Light District restaurants and bars are scooter-accessible, the Crossroads dining cluster is accessible with some terrain caveats on a few historic blocks, and Plaza dining is uniformly accessible. For Royals games, fans often combine an afternoon at the World War I Museum with an evening game and dinner at one of the big BBQ spots. That full day is exhausting on foot and very doable on a scooter.
For Chiefs road-game watch parties and Royals away-game viewing in the Power & Light District (which functions as a giant outdoor sports bar during major games), the scooter gets you into and out of the crowd comfortably. This is one of the underrated reasons to rent for a sports weekend even if you don’t have tickets to that day’s game.
Country club, golf and polo events
Not every Kansas City sporting day happens in a stadium. Member-guest tournaments, club championships, charity golf outings, polo matches, and the weddings and family celebrations that private clubs host all involve more ground than people expect: parking to clubhouse, clubhouse to the first tee, the gallery ropes to the terrace, the terrace to the reception tent. A scooter or wheelchair lets a grandparent or a visiting guest follow the whole day instead of watching one hole from a chair.
We deliver across the metro’s club corridors: Leawood and Overland Park, Mission Hills, Olathe, Lee’s Summit, Parkville and the Northland, and Liberty. Delivery goes to your hotel or home, or to the club itself on request for the added venue fee (typically $50–$75). Many courses have paved cart paths a scooter can use the same way a golf cart does, off the playing surface. Each club sets its own rules for guests, so it’s worth a quick check with the club before the event.

Race-day spectators
Kansas City’s road races are some of the best days to watch from the sidewalk, and some of the hardest to watch on foot. Cheering a runner means moving between viewing spots, standing through the waves, and then finding them again at the finish. A scooter lets you cover the course the way the runners do, at your own pace.
- Hospital Hill Run (early June). The city’s original half marathon, run since 1974, starts and finishes around Crown Center, and the course climbs Hospital Hill. Crown Center’s connected indoor levels make a comfortable base between viewing spots.
- Trolley Run (a late-April Sunday). A 4-mile race from the Country Club Plaza to Crown Center along the old streetcar route. It is mostly flat and downhill, so a spectator can see the start on the Plaza and still reach the finish.
- Garmin Kansas City Marathon (October). The course runs through downtown, Crown Center, the Plaza, Westport and the Crossroads. Pick two or three spots along it rather than chasing every mile, and plan for closed streets around the start and finish.
We deliver to your hotel or home ahead of race day, so the scooter is charged and ready for an early start. Race weekends fill downtown hotels, so book once you know you’re going.
Booking timing
For Chiefs primetime and playoff games, book the moment your hotel and tickets are confirmed. For NASCAR weekends, two to three weeks ahead is comfortable. For Royals series, Sporting KC matches, KC Current matches, and weeknight T-Mobile Center events, a week ahead is usually enough. Last-minute requests are often possible, especially mid-week.
