Partner with KC Mobility Scooter Rentals

We work with Kansas City hospitality, event, employer, and travel partners to keep mobility-scooter logistics out of your way. Pick the audience below that fits your role for the specific workflow we use, what we need from your team, and how billing and delivery work.

Whether you're coordinating mobility scooter and wheelchair rentals for hotel guests, convention attendees, event registrants, employees returning from a procedure, or a nonprofit fundraiser, the workflow below is built around your role — not a generic intake form. As a veteran-owned, Kansas City-based rental operation, we work directly with local partners instead of routing every request through a national call center.

Three ways to work with us

  • Resource partner

For hotels, meeting and convention hosts, senior communities, festivals, discharge planners, clinics, HR teams, venues and visitor bureaus. List us as a mobility resource on your accessibility or resources page, and we provide the wording and a direct link. No referral fee and no customer discount: when someone you serve needs mobility help, you have a reliable local number to give them.

  • Member benefit partner

For organizations with a member benefits, deals or preferred-vendor program. Your members get 10% off qualifying rentals and book and pay us directly. There is no commission. Member benefit programs · Veteran organizations

  • Referral partner

For wedding planners, travel agents and tour operators only. A 15% referral commission on qualifying completed rentals, paid after the rental ends; the customer pays the normal price. Request a referral code.

  • A real person picks up — and shows up

Call during the day and Jeff answers directly — not a call center, not a script. Clean equipment, delivered on time, set up and ready.

  • Local and veteran-owned since 2023

Owner Jeff Guzman answers the phone himself. Owner-operated, not a franchise or a scaled-up call center.

  • No medical paperwork chain

Hospitality-framed rentals — no prescription, no insurance reconciliation, no documentation of need required for your guests, attendees, or employees.

  • Billing that stays off your desk

Secure-link invoicing and payment, billed to the guest, organizer or employer — whatever fits your workflow, so accessibility logistics never become your paperwork.

Hospitality, Events & Travel

For teams whose guests, attendees, or passengers need equipment delivered without becoming your problem to manage.

Employer & Care

For teams coordinating equipment on behalf of employees, patients, or residents.

Community & Giving

For Kansas City nonprofits and community causes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is partnering with a local Kansas City mobility rental company different from a national medical-equipment chain?
You reach Jeff directly — the owner, not a call center — and every rental is hospitality-framed: no prescription, no insurance reconciliation, no documentation of need required for your guests, attendees, or employees. Delivery is same-day across the KC metro when available, and equipment is set up and ready, not just dropped off.
Is there a cost to become a referral partner?
No. Working with us costs your organization nothing to start, whichever model fits you. The person you send books and pays us directly (or, for workplace accommodations, the employer can). See the specific partner page for your role for the details.
Do you pay a referral fee or commission?
It depends on the model. Wedding planners, travel agents and tour operators are referral partners: we pay a 15% referral commission on qualifying completed rentals booked through their referral code, after the rental ends, and the customer pays the normal price. Hotels, meeting and convention hosts, senior communities, festivals, discharge planners, clinics, employers, venues and visitor bureaus are resource partners: there is no referral fee for these referrals, which means nothing to reconcile and nothing to disclose. Organizations with a member benefits program can offer their members 10% off qualifying rentals, with no commission.
Do I need to sign a contract to start referring?
No. Most of these are informal referral relationships — call, get familiar with how delivery and billing work for your role, and start referring. The Concierge Partner Program includes an onboarding process (familiarization visit, vendor sheet, preferred-vendor listing), but it isn't an exclusive or long-term contract.
What if my organization doesn't fit neatly into one of these categories?
Call us and we'll route you to the right workflow — or talk through what fits your situation. Jeff answers the phone himself.
What area do you serve?
The Kansas City metro, zone-based delivery from our Leavenworth, KS base — Johnson County, Wyandotte County, downtown and south KCMO, and the Northland. Ask about your specific address or venue if you're unsure whether it's in range.

Not sure which of these fits?

Call and we'll point you at the right one — or skip the reading and just save the number. Most partnerships here started with somebody keeping it and using it six weeks later.

Prefer email? jeff@kcmobilityrentals.com — it reaches Jeff, not a queue.

There's nothing to sign and nothing to disclose. There's no referral fee for these referrals, so there's no contract and nothing for compliance to review. The person you send books and pays us directly. You make one call and it leaves your desk. If you'd like to list us as a mobility resource on your website, we'll provide the wording and a direct link, plus printed cards for your desk.
