Lee’s Summit is a big suburb with a small-town center. Its downtown Main Street, recognized by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, is lined with shops, restaurants, and pieces from the Downtown Sculpture Walk. Beyond downtown, Legacy Park offers miles of paved trail and a summer amphitheater, Longview Lake draws picnickers and boaters, and Missouri Town 1855 brings a historic village to the edge of Fleming Park. Summit Fair adds an open-air shopping center with long walkways between stores.
Where we deliver in Lee’s Summit
We bring mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters, and a lightweight rollator to homes, hotels, and short-term rentals across Lee’s Summit, from the older blocks near downtown to the newer neighborhoods around the lakes. If you are visiting relatives for a holiday, a graduation, or a long weekend, we can deliver to wherever you are staying.
We set the equipment up at the door, show you how it works, and pick it up when you are done. Every rental is a minimum of 2 calendar days.
The drive from our shop
Our shop is in Leavenworth, Kansas, about 65 minutes from Lee’s Summit. Booking a few days ahead lets us plan the route around your schedule.
Getting around town
A scooter is an easy way to enjoy a slow afternoon downtown, a loop on the Legacy Park trail, or a summer concert at the amphitheater. Missouri Town 1855 is spread out along gravel paths between historic buildings, so check conditions with the site before you go. We deliver to your hotel, home, or short-term rental; delivery to the venue itself is available on request for an added $50–$75.
The Lee’s Summit Historical Society Museum, in the 1939 post office downtown, keeps short weekday and Saturday hours, so it pairs well with lunch on Main Street.
