Twenty years of service, one principle
Jeff Guzman spent 20 years in the U.S. Army before founding this business in 2023. Service didn't end at retirement — it became a different kind of serving the community. The idea was simple: mobility equipment rental should work like a hotel room or a rental car, not a medical claim. No prescription, no insurance reconciliation, no paperwork — just equipment that shows up clean and ready when you need it. Read the full founder story for the whole picture.
Based next to Fort Leavenworth
Our fleet is based in Leavenworth, Kansas, right next to Fort Leavenworth — not a national call center dispatching to a contractor. Change-of-command ceremonies, Command and General Staff College graduations, PCS moves, and family visits to post are all familiar territory for us, alongside deliveries across the wider Kansas City metro.
Who this serves
Veterans who need equipment themselves. VA caregivers coordinating for someone they support. Family members flying or driving in to visit a veteran parent or spouse who tires from walking. Military families hosting relatives for a graduation weekend or a change-of-command ceremony. In every case, the process is the same: reserve online or by phone, tell us the delivery address and dates, and the equipment is there — no medical documentation required.
What "veteran-owned" actually means here
It's not a badge on a franchise agreement. Jeff owns the fleet, answers the phone, and drives deliveries himself. When something needs to happen after hours or on short notice, there's a real person making that call — not a policy handbook at a national booking network. That's the same standard whether you served or you're the family member calling on someone else's behalf.
Straightforward pricing, no exceptions
We don't run a separate veteran discount program — every renter gets the same fair, published rate with no gated quotes and no phone tag to find out the price. See pricing & how it works for the full rate table.
