Rentals
Leavenworth is in Leavenworth County (our home base) and part of our standard service zone from our Leavenworth, KS fleet. Leavenworth is our fleet’s home base. It gets the fastest delivery response anywhere in our service area, and it’s our Local zone, with the lowest delivery fee. Delivery fee is based on driving distance; most Leavenworth addresses fall in the Local zone ($25 (0–10 mi)).

Delivery and booking
Delivery window. Hotels before check-in on arrival day. Residences and short-term rentals on a coordinated 30–60 minute window.
Fleet matching. Standard four-wheel for most rentals. Compact travel for rideshare-heavy or family-vehicle plans. Heavy-duty four-wheel for larger users or extended outdoor-recreation days.
Rental duration. Priced by the rental day; every rental is a minimum of 2 calendar days, delivery or store pickup. Visitor rentals of 2–7 days are common.
Payment. Credit card at booking through the main site reservation flow. Partner-invoiced billing (PO, net-30) is available for HR accommodations, meeting-planner groups, and tour operators. See the partner pages.
Leavenworth VA Medical Center
The Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center sits on South 4th Street Trafficway in Leavenworth, part of the VA Eastern Kansas Healthcare System. Veterans travel in for appointments there, and it’s one more reason families end up needing a hotel-delivered scooter or wheelchair here rather than just downtown or on post.
Downtown Leavenworth, On Foot
If you’re staying at one of our downtown-adjacent hotels, a scooter opens up the whole district: the 1918 C.W. Parker Carousel and its two-story carnival museum, the riverfront walking path at Leavenworth Landing, and a downtown restaurant scene that runs from Jamaican food to classic American breakfast spots like The Depot. It’s a walkable downtown in the way a lot of small Midwest cities used to be and mostly aren’t anymore. It’s worth exploring at your own pace rather than rushing through on tired feet.
Pick up at our Leavenworth shop
Because the fleet lives here, Leavenworth is the one place you can skip delivery entirely. Store pickup rentals are a minimum of 2 calendar days, the same as delivery. Call (913) 775-1098 to set a pickup time. If you only need a single day, ask whether an exception can be made. Exceptions are case-by-case and not guaranteed.
Scooter repair in Leavenworth

Fort Leavenworth
The installation requires a valid pass or sponsor to enter, so for deliveries on post, including the Holiday Inn Express Fort Leavenworth, we arrange gate access with you ahead of time so the delivery is not held up at the entrance.
