White-glove mobility equipment delivery for private-aviation arrivals, luxury hotel guests, and visiting families across the Kansas City metro. Cleaned, charged equipment, delivered and collected by us, crew-friendly billing.

What We Commit To

Same-day when we can fit it in. For FBO arrivals booked on short notice, we make every effort to deliver the same day.
Staged before touchdown. For known ETAs, equipment is in the FBO lobby (or planeside when authorized) before the aircraft lands.
Discretion-grade billing. Secure-link invoicing and payment for the principal, EA, charter operator, or family office. Billing information is never stored on our servers. Same-day itemized PDF invoices.
Crew-friendly. Flight crews treated as authoritative on passenger requests. Crew can rent for personal layover use, too.

Manual equipment (wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters, rollators) rents at $50/week or $100/month, with no daily rate except on-site event rentals. Scooters bill daily or weekly. Monthly rates for scooters are available on request.

What It Costs Your Property

Nothing. There is no referral fee for these referrals, no contract and nothing to reconcile, so there is nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose to a guest. The guest books and pays us directly. List us as a mobility resource on your property's guest-services page and we will provide the wording and a direct link, plus printed cards for your desk.
