How fast can I get a scooter or wheelchair?
Same-day delivery is available across the Kansas City metro when you reserve by 2pm CT — earlier is safer on busy event weekends. Planning ahead? Book any time and we’ll have it cleaned, charged, and waiting on your start date.
Do you deliver to both hotels and homes?
Yes — we deliver to 40+ Kansas City hotels (handed off at the bell desk under your name) and to private homes and apartments anywhere in the metro. We bring it to you and pick it up when you’re done. See hotel delivery.
How do I pay, and do I need an account?
No account needed — reserving takes a couple of minutes. Once we confirm your equipment and dates we send a secure payment link; there’s nothing to pay at the door. See real prices up front on the pricing page or build a quote with the live calculator.
What’s included in the rental?
A clean, sanitized, fully-charged unit delivered and picked up by us, plus the basket and standard accessories for that model. No assembly, no trip to a store, no hidden fees.
Can I extend my rental if I need it longer?
Yes — just reach out before your end date and we’ll extend it if the unit is available. Weekly and monthly rates make longer stays more affordable than day-by-day.
What if my plans change?
