What we rent
- Mobility scooter rental: 3-wheel travel models, 4-wheel standards, and heavy-duty 4-wheel. Daily, weekly, monthly.
- Wheelchair rental: manual wheelchairs in 16–20-inch seat widths. Hotel and home delivery.
- Knee scooter / knee walker rental, for when you need to keep weight off one foot or ankle. Same product called by both names.
- Rollator rental: 4-wheel rolling walkers with a built-in seat, in a lightweight Euro-style frame.
- Transport chair rental: a caregiver-pushed lightweight chair for short trips or transfers.
How delivery to Lawrence actually works
We're based in Leavenworth, about 50 miles from downtown Lawrence. We run a regular delivery route, and online bookings start the day after tomorrow. If you need equipment today or tomorrow, call us. We'll make every effort to fit it in, and we'll tell you on the phone what we can do before you commit.
Delivery starts at $75 for Lawrence proper. Eudora, Baldwin City, Lecompton, Tonganoxie, and De Soto are on the same route. The fee may adjust a bit based on the exact address but we quote it up front, never as a surprise at checkout.
Where we deliver around Lawrence
Lawrence proper is the primary stop. We also drop equipment at:
- Eudora, KS: same delivery slot as Lawrence in most cases.
- Baldwin City, KS: Baker University events, family visits, Maple Leaf Festival.
- Lecompton, KS: historic-site visitors, residents.
- Tonganoxie, KS: between Lawrence and Leavenworth, often a same-route add.
- De Soto, KS: east-of-Lawrence stops on the K-10 corridor.

Conferences, shows, and KU game days
The scooter is delivered to your Lawrence hotel before check-in, tagged with your name and held at the front desk. One rental covers the whole stay, so a conference, a performance, and a game on the same trip don't each need their own booking.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrence. The conference space is inside the hotel (roughly 19,000 sq ft, two divisible ballrooms), home to statewide association meetings such as the annual Kansas Association for Floodplain Management conference. Stay there and the scooter is waiting where the sessions are.
- Lied Center of Kansas. KU's performing arts hall: Broadway tours, classical music, dance, lectures, and some graduation-week events. Accessible seating is sold separately through Lied Center ticketing, so ask for it when you buy tickets; accessible parking is next to the building.

- KU Family Weekend and KU Homecoming. Two October weekends that bring families and alumni to campus for programming, reunions and the game at Memorial Stadium. The campus is hilly and the events are spread out, so a scooter for the whole weekend saves a lot of walking. Lawrence hotels fill up for both, so book early.
Common reasons people in Lawrence rent from us
- KU graduation weekend. Bringing an elderly relative who can walk short distances but can't do the entire commencement walk. A travel scooter or transport chair makes the day work.
- Visiting from out of town. An older relative staying in Lawrence for a few days; rental is faster and cheaper than buying a chair they'll only use this week.
- Visiting someone at LMH Health. Out-of-town family spending long days at the hospital. We deliver to your Lawrence hotel or home, so the scooter or wheelchair is there for the hospital corridors and everything else on the trip.
What we don't do
We are a hospitality rental service, booked like a hotel or rental car. We don't bill insurance. We don't ask for a prescription. We don't give health advice.
You pay us directly for a short-term rental, which is what most visitors and short-term renters need.

We've been serving the Kansas City metro since 2023, and the Lawrence delivery route is a direct extension of that. Our founder, Jeffrey Guzman, retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service.
