How delivery works for IRPT attendees
We deliver mobility scooters to your downtown Kansas City hotel — never to Bartle Hall itself, since convention loading docks run on show-contractor freight schedules, not individual rental drop-offs.

- We stage the scooter at your hotel's bell stand before your scheduled check-in, cleaned and charged.
- Same-day delivery is available when you order by 2pm CT.
- Ride from your hotel to Bartle Hall each day; the scooter recharges overnight.
- We pick it up at your hotel on whatever schedule fits your departure.
