A three-day Flesh and Blood tournament is a marathon long before the top tables are decided — rounds back to back, the walk to the pairings board between each, and the side events running clear across the hall. The last thing you want eating your focus is whether your legs will hold out through the finals. Keep your energy on the cards and your seat easy to reach, and play every round on your own terms.
The Calling: Kansas City (Flesh and Blood World Tour) runs August 28–30, 2026 at the Overland Park Convention Center. If you're playing multiple rounds a day across three days, plus side events and the pairings board, a mobility scooter or wheelchair keeps the whole weekend comfortable. Reserve in about two minutes.
Why a three-day tournament weekend adds up
OPCC's exhibit hall is a single contiguous level — no stairs between the main event floor, side-event tables, and the pairings board — but a tournament weekend means walking to check pairings after every round, finding your new table, and doing it again for side events between rounds. Multiply that by three days and the cumulative distance is easy to underestimate until you're mid-tournament.
How delivery works for tournament attendees
We deliver mobility scooters to your Johnson County hotel — never to OPCC itself, since convention loading docks run on show-contractor freight schedules rather than individual rental drop-offs.
- Reserve your dates (August 28–30, or extend either side for a longer trip).
- We stage the scooter at your hotel's bell stand before your scheduled check-in.
- Same-day delivery is available when you order by 2pm CT.
- Ride or roll to OPCC each day; the scooter recharges at your hotel overnight.
- We pick up at your hotel on whatever schedule fits your departure.
If you're staying at the Sheraton Overland Park, it connects to OPCC via an interior corridor — roll from your room to the tournament floor without going outside. The nearby College Boulevard and 119th Street hotel cluster (Marriott Overland Park, Embassy Suites, Hyatt Place, Holiday Inn, Aloft) is a short drive away. See the full Overland Park Convention Center accessibility guide for entrance and elevator detail.
What to rent for three days of rounds and side events
A 4-wheel scooter with solid per-charge range covers a full tournament day of round-to-round movement without a midday recharge concern, and the stability holds up over three straight days. Compare scooters. If a companion is traveling with you and your days are shorter, a manual wheelchair (16 to 20 inch seat widths) is a lighter option. Compare wheelchairs.
