Booking online works in three steps: you submit your dates and delivery address, we confirm and accept the request, and you get a secure payment link. Payment is due within 48 hours of that acceptance — not cash at the door when the rollator is delivered. That keeps the process simple for family members coordinating a visit from out of town, since nothing has to be handled in person beyond the delivery itself.
