AAFP FUTURE 2026 runs July 30–August 1 at the Kansas City Convention Center (Bartle Hall) — multiple days on a large convention floor, which adds up fast if you're managing a chronic pain condition, recovering from a recent procedure, or just don't want convention-hall walking to eat into your energy for the sessions that matter.
The Loews Kansas City connects directly to Bartle Hall via an indoor skybridge — no weather, no street crossings. The Crowne Plaza Downtown is about a two-minute walk to the entrance, the closest hotel option on foot. The Kansas City Marriott Downtown and the Hilton President Kansas City are both a short, flat walk along 13th Street. (The Marriott's own skybridge connects to its ballroom, not to Bartle Hall.)
We deliver your mobility scooter or wheelchair straight to whichever hotel you're staying at, staged and charged before your check-in — so it's there when you arrive, not something you have to track down after a full travel day. When FUTURE 2026 wraps, we pick it back up after checkout.
We're a veteran-owned, family-operated business based right here in Kansas City — not a national chain with no real connection to this city. Three years in business, the largest mobility rental fleet in the metro, and a Visit KC Convention-level partner that has covered many of the largest conventions and outdoor festivals in Kansas City. Reserve online and we deliver the scooter or wheelchair to your hotel before check-in — no rental counter, no waiting. After the event, we pick it up after checkout.
KC Mobility Scooter Rentals is an independent, locally owned rental company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by AAFP FUTURE 2026 or its organizers.
