Why a two-day vendor show is more ground than it looks
OPCC's exhibit hall is a single contiguous level — nothing to climb once you're inside, which is a real accessibility plus — but a show built around vendor booths, demos, and shopping fills that whole footprint, and two days means covering it more than once if you want to catch everything (or circle back to buy the thing you were still deciding on).
How delivery works for Just for Her attendees
We deliver mobility scooters to your Johnson County hotel — never to OPCC itself, since convention loading docks run on show-contractor freight schedules rather than individual rental drop-offs.
- Reserve your dates (August 1–2).
- We stage the scooter at your hotel's bell stand before your scheduled check-in.
- Same-day delivery is available when you order by 2pm CT.
- Ride or roll to OPCC each day; the scooter recharges at your hotel overnight.
- We pick up at your hotel on whatever schedule fits your departure.
If you're staying at the Sheraton Overland Park, it connects to OPCC via an interior corridor — roll from your room to the show floor without going outside. What to rent for a weekend of vendor-booth browsing
A 3-wheel scooter's tighter turning radius is well suited to pulling in close to vendor tables and demo stations, then pivoting back out toward the next booth. Compare scooters.
