Towns we serve on the Lawrence route
Lawrence, KS
Primary destination. We deliver to homes, hotels, KU campus, Lawrence Memorial Hospital discharges (curbside / family pickup, not on the patient floor), and event venues. Common Lawrence delivery addresses: downtown hotels (the Eldridge, the Oread), homes throughout central and west Lawrence, KU graduation reunions, and Maceli's events. Delivery from $75.
Eudora, KS
About 8 miles east of Lawrence on K-10. Same delivery slot as Lawrence in most cases. Common stops: family residences, the Eudora Senior Living facility, Eudora High School events. Delivery from $75.
Baldwin City, KS
About 12 miles south of Lawrence, home of Baker University. Big delivery weekends are Baker commencement and the Maple Leaf Festival every October. Baldwin City has more of a small-town feel than Lawrence, with most stops being family homes or short-term Airbnbs. Delivery from $80 (small uplift for the extra distance).
Lecompton, KS
Historic territorial-Kansas town northeast of Lawrence. Common stops: Constitution Hall historic-site visitors, family residences, retirement homes. Delivery on the same slot as Lawrence. Delivery from $75.
Tonganoxie, KS
Sits between Lawrence and our Leavenworth fleet — actually a little CLOSER to us than Lawrence is. We can usually deliver to Tonganoxie at the same $75 base or slightly less. Delivery from $65.
De Soto, KS
Northeast of Lawrence on K-10, partway between Lawrence and the western edge of the Kansas City metro. Often shared with the Lawrence route. Delivery from $75.
How delivery works
- Reserve online or call. Tell us the start date, end date, equipment, and the delivery address.
- We confirm the route. Same-day if you called before 11 AM Central and the route has room. Otherwise next-day.
- Drop-off. We bring the equipment to the address. For hotels we coordinate with the front desk; for homes we wait for someone to be home OR drop in a porch / garage if you'd prefer (your call).
- Pickup. At the end of your rental we come back and collect. Round-trip fee, no separate pickup charge.
What we don't deliver to (yet)
- South of Ottawa, KS — outside the Lawrence route.
- West of Topeka — separate Topeka route, not yet operational.
- Anywhere in Missouri (the KC Missouri route handles Missouri-side metro).

Do you deliver to Eudora?
Yes. Eudora is on the same delivery route as Lawrence — usually the same delivery slot. Fee starts at $75 same as Lawrence.
Do you deliver to Baldwin City?
Yes. Baldwin City is about 12 miles south of Lawrence. We cover Baker University events, Maple Leaf Festival weekends, and home deliveries. Fee starts at $80 (slight uplift for the extra distance).
Do you deliver to Lecompton or Tonganoxie?
Yes — both are on the route. Lecompton is closer to Lawrence; Tonganoxie sits between Lawrence and our Leavenworth fleet. Tonganoxie may actually be a touch cheaper than Lawrence proper.
Do you deliver to Topeka or Kansas City from the Lawrence route?
We have separate Topeka and Kansas City delivery routes — see the Kansas City coverage on our hub. The Lawrence route covers Lawrence and immediately surrounding towns; Topeka has its own.
Can you deliver to a hotel in Lawrence?
Yes. Hotel deliveries are common — we coordinate with the front-desk team to stage equipment ahead of your check-in. The Eldridge, the Oread, Holiday Inn Lawrence, and others are all routine. Just give us the hotel name and arrival date.
