Delivery to Lawrence
Lawrence delivery starts at $75. That's a flat round-trip fee covering both drop-off and pickup. We're 50 miles from Lawrence (based in Leavenworth), and the route runs daily.
Same-day delivery to Lawrence is sometimes possible if you call before 11 AM Central. Most orders are next-day. We never promise same-day without checking the schedule first — we'd rather tell you "next-day" and hit it than overpromise.
Surrounding towns (Eudora, Baldwin City, Lecompton, Tonganoxie, De Soto) are on the same route. Delivery fee may vary slightly based on the exact address.

Credit / debit card via our Stripe checkout link, or by phone at the time of reservation. No invoicing, no net-30 terms — direct-paid at booking. We don't process insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

How much does delivery to Lawrence cost?
Delivery to Lawrence starts at $75. That covers the round trip from our Leavenworth fleet — both the drop-off at the start of your rental and the pickup at the end. The fee is the same whether you rent for one day or one month.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't add booking fees, processing fees, environmental fees, or convenience fees. Delivery is the only add-on, and we quote it before you commit.
Do you offer weekly or monthly discounts?
Yes. Weekly rate is roughly 5x the daily (one day free). Monthly is roughly 2.8x the weekly (significant discount for long recoveries). For knee scooter recoveries that run 4-6 weeks, monthly almost always wins.
Do you require a deposit?
For most rentals, no — we take payment for the rental upfront and trust you to return the equipment. For high-value items (heavy-duty mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs) we may hold a refundable damage deposit, refunded on return.
Can I extend a rental if I need to?
Yes. Call us and we'll extend at the same daily/weekly rate. No penalty for extending.
