The KCI Expo Center's exhibition hall is one large, single level — no stairs to navigate once you're inside, which is a real accessibility plus — but that also means long, continuous rows of dealer tables with no shortcuts between them. A two-day show means covering that same ground twice, on top of whatever driving or flying got you to the Northland in the first place.
How delivery works for KCI Gun Show attendees
We deliver mobility scooters and wheelchairs to hotels near KCI Airport — the natural lodging cluster for any KCI Expo Center event.
For a KCI Gun Show weekend, we deliver to your KCI-area hotel and stage it at the bell stand before your check-in, cleaned and charged, with same-day delivery available when you order by 2pm CT. Drive or rideshare from your hotel to the Expo Center — most KCI-area lodging is a 5-15 minute trip — and leave it at the same bell stand at checkout; we handle pickup.
What to rent for a two-day dealer-table show
Long, straight rows favor stability and range over a tight turning radius — a 4-wheel scooter with solid per-charge range covers a full day of table-to-table browsing without a midday recharge concern.
