By the second aisle of a big show at the KCI Expo Center, the flat concrete and the single endless floor start adding up, and somewhere around mid-afternoon the person you came with is eyeing the exit instead of the booths. A multi-day expo shouldn’t end with someone waiting in the car. A scooter delivered to your airport-area hotel turns that all-day floor into something you can actually finish together, with energy left for dinner downtown after.
The KCI Expo Center near Kansas City International Airport is one of the metro’s significant north-side trade show and consumer expo venues. Multi-day events like RV shows, gun shows, home and garden expos, hobby and lifestyle conventions, and regional consumer trade shows draw out-of-town attendees flying in through KCI. Most of our deliveries for them go to the hotels near the airport.
For multi-day attendees with mobility considerations, the Expo Center is unforgiving on foot: large single-floor exhibition halls mean significant cumulative walking across each event day. A hotel-delivered mobility scooter materially changes the experience.
Who usually rents for these visits
Multi-day trade-show attendees. RV shows, gun shows, sporting and outdoor expos, home and garden events, and regional consumer trade shows all draw out-of-town visitors for 2-5 day attendance windows. Many attendees combine the event with KC tourism.
Exhibitor and vendor teams. Exhibitors staffing booths for multi-day events benefit from scooters during setup, event days, and tear-down. Group bookings are quoted up front at our standard published rates.
Special-event guests. Corporate special events, weddings, and private gatherings at the Expo Center occasionally bring out-of-town VIP guests with mobility considerations.
The delivery workflow
Standard hotel delivery to a KCI-area hotel. We stage the scooter at the bell stand before your check-in. From the hotel you drive or rideshare to the Expo Center, 5-15 minutes from most KCI-area hotels. At checkout, leave the scooter at the same bell stand; we pick it up next morning.
Pricing
