Why a table-by-table show is more ground than it looks
The KCI Expo Center's exhibition hall is one large, single level — genuinely good for accessibility since there's nothing to climb — but a toy and train show packs long rows of vendor tables end to end across the full floor, and the best pieces are as likely to be on the last row as the first. Covering the whole floor carefully, twice if you circle back for something you saw earlier, adds up to real distance by the afternoon.
How delivery works for show attendees
We deliver mobility scooters and wheelchairs to hotels near KCI Airport — the natural lodging cluster for any KCI Expo Center event.
For a KCI Expo Center show, we deliver to your KCI-area hotel and stage it at the bell stand before your check-in, cleaned and charged, with same-day delivery available when you order by 2pm CT. Drive or rideshare from your hotel to the Expo Center — most KCI-area lodging is a 5-15 minute trip — and leave it at the same bell stand at checkout; we handle pickup.
What to rent for a full-floor browsing day
A 3-wheel scooter's tight turning radius makes it easy to pull in close to a vendor's table for a good look at the detail work on a model train or a vintage toy, then back out cleanly.
