A two-day show means covering that same ground twice, and the dealers with the best inventory aren't always near the entrance.
How delivery works for RK Gun Show attendees
We deliver mobility scooters and wheelchairs to hotels near KCI Airport — the natural lodging cluster for any KCI Expo Center event.
- Reserve your dates (August 8–9, or extend a day either side).
- We deliver to your KCI-area hotel and stage it at the bell stand before your check-in, cleaned and charged.
- Same-day delivery is available when you order by 2pm CT.
- Drive or rideshare from your hotel to the Expo Center — most KCI-area lodging is a 5-15 minute trip.
- Leave it at the same bell stand at checkout; we handle pickup.
What to rent for a two-day dealer-table show
Long, straight rows favor stability and range over a tight turning radius — a 4-wheel scooter with solid per-charge range covers a full day of table-to-table browsing without a midday recharge concern.
