How Delivery Works
The process is the same everywhere we deliver: reserve online or by phone, and we bring the insured mobility scooter or wheelchair to your hotel's front desk ahead of your check-in, tagged with your name and stay dates. You pick it up at check-in — no separate rental counter, no extra paperwork — and we handle pickup again when your stay wraps up.

Grain Valley sits almost exactly between Blue Springs and Oak Grove on I-70, making it a practical, central stop for anyone splitting time between the two, or traveling the eastern metro corridor generally. If you've stayed at this hotel before under its old Comfort Inn name, the Spark by Hilton rebrand doesn't change anything about how our delivery works — the address, the front desk, and the hand-off process are unchanged. Hilton launched Spark as a newer economy-conversion brand for properties like this one, and the switch happened at the hotel level, not the delivery level. Reserve the same way you always would, and the equipment will be waiting under the current name at check-in.
