Unity Village isn’t a single conference hotel — it’s a 1,200-acre campus with its own zip code, incorporated as its own village in Jackson County back in 1953. Between the hotel, the ballrooms, the chapels, the gardens, and the larger event center, a multi-day conference here covers real ground. A scooter delivered ahead of your check-in means the distance between sessions stops being a factor.
How Delivery Works for Unity Village Events
We deliver to the on-site Unity Hotel & Conference Center. Reserve online or by phone, and we bring the insured scooter to the front desk ahead of your check-in, tagged with your name and stay dates. Since the hotel sits on the same campus as the conference and event spaces, there’s no separate handoff between where you sleep and where the event happens.
The Space
The Unity Hotel & Conference Center itself hosts corporate meetings, non-profit gatherings, and receptions in its Grand Ballroom, Executive Ballroom, and training rooms. For larger conferences, Unity Village’s R.D. Goppert Event Center adds 23,786 square feet of flexible space — theater seating up to roughly 885 with the balcony, or dining configurations for 350–390, built for corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and galas. Between the two, the campus scales from a small retreat to a genuine convention-sized gathering.
Confirmed Events
Unity Village is the world headquarters of the Unity movement, and hosts its own recurring programs on the grounds — including the annual Unity World Day of Prayer, a multi-day gathering with a 24-hour prayer vigil, opening and closing ceremonies, and a candlelight walk across the campus. The venue’s conference spaces also regularly host Licensed Unity Teacher training conferences in the Fillmore Chapel and training rooms, alongside outside corporate and non-profit bookings.
Lee’s Summit Area Pairing
Unity Village borders Lee’s Summit, so attendees extending a trip or coordinating with local family typically pair their stay with the broader Lee’s Summit area — see our Lee’s Summit service area page for delivery detail beyond the Unity Village campus itself.
Common Rental Scenarios
- Multi-day conferences and retreats — full-stay rentals covering the hotel, event center, and campus grounds.
- Corporate meetings and non-profit gatherings — shorter rentals for attendees managing a mobility limitation during a business trip.
- Unity movement programs and gatherings — attendees at Unity’s own recurring events on campus, where a spread-out schedule across chapels, gardens, and event halls benefits from a scooter for the full visit.
