The delivery workflow
Standard hotel delivery to a south-metro property — Belton, south KC, or Lee’s Summit hotels are the closest options. We stage the scooter at the bell stand before your check-in. You drive to the campus from the hotel; the scooter rides with you.
For employee accommodations, delivery can go to the employee’s home — common for KC-resident employees coordinating return-to-work logistics.
What we are and aren’t
We’re a hospitality rental service. No insurance billing, no DoD medical paperwork, no clearance involvement. The rental is what you’d expect of any equipment-rental service in flexibility and ease. Cleared-access visitors maintain the same access protocols as any other visit; the scooter is an equipment item that travels with the visitor.
