We already delivered to Overland Park's major hotels — the Sheraton at the Convention Center, the Overland Park Marriott, Hyatt Place, Hilton Garden Inn, and others. Now we've added 13 more properties, filling in coverage across four distinct pockets of the city: Corporate Woods, the Prairiefire/135th Street corridor, the Convention Center area, and a handful of standalone hotels on 87th Street and College Boulevard.
Corporate Woods: A Genuinely Walkable Business District
Four of the new hotels — Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, and La Quinta — cluster together in the Corporate Woods office district near Metcalf Avenue and Marty Street. It's not a tourist destination, but it's a real walkable-adjacent business park with actual amenities: 801 Chophouse and RA Sushi Bar for dinner, Corporate Woods Founders' Park for a break outside, and the paved Indian Creek Bike and Hike Trail running along West 110th Street. Embassy Suites here is notable in its own right — it's the original Embassy Suites, the first one ever built, with the brand's signature two-room suite layout.
Prairiefire and the 135th Street Corridor
Four more — Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn South, TownePlace Suites, and My Place Hotel — sit along 135th Street near US-69, within a short drive of the Prairiefire Entertainment District and Corbin Park, two of the more substantial shopping and dining destinations in southern Overland Park.
Near the Overland Park Convention Center
Holiday Inn & Suites Overland Park-Convention Center and Hyatt Place Overland Park/Metcalf both sit close to the Convention Center and the same Metcalf corridor dining as Corporate Woods — useful if you're in town for a conference or event there.
The Rest
Fairfield Inn & Suites on Blue Valley Parkway sits centrally between the two main clusters. Holiday Inn & Suites Overland Park-West, on Reeder Road near 87th Street and I-35, is close to a genuinely diverse independent-restaurant strip — Wiener Kitchen, India Palace, El Salvadoreño, Santa Fe Cafe. And Hawthorn Suites on College Boulevard sits a short drive from Deanna Rose Farmstead, a long-running local favorite for families with young kids.
What You Can Rent
Our fleet covers the full range: 3-wheel and 4-wheel Pride Go-Go mobility scooters (plus the heavier-duty Victory 10 for larger riders), manual wheelchairs in 16", 18", and 20" seat widths, knee scooters, rollators and walkers, and lightweight transport chairs. Scooters rent daily with no minimum — a single-day visit works fine. Wheelchairs, knee scooters, rollators, and transport chairs run on a one-week minimum, which suits the extended-stay suites in this batch (Homewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, TownePlace Suites) as well as a quick overnight.
How Delivery Works
Same process everywhere in our coverage area: reserve online or by phone, and we deliver the insured mobility scooter or wheelchair to your hotel's front desk ahead of your check-in, tagged with your name and stay dates. You pick it up at check-in, no separate rental counter or paperwork required at the hotel, and we handle pickup when your stay ends.
Conventions, Events, and Everyday Travel
Overland Park's hotel base skews heavily toward business and event travel — the Convention Center itself, Corporate Woods' office parks, and a steady flow of conferences and trade shows. That means a meaningful share of our Overland Park deliveries go to guests who didn't plan a leisure trip and don't want mobility limitations to derail a work commitment. Same-day delivery matters here in a way it might not for a weekend vacation — book the morning of if you need to, and we'll have equipment waiting before your first meeting.
Why We Expanded Here
Overland Park is the largest suburb in the KC metro and one of our busiest delivery areas already — this expansion just closes the gaps between the major hotels we already served. Each of these 13 new properties has its own delivery page with the specific accessibility details and what's actually nearby, since Corporate Woods and the 87th Street corridor are genuinely different neighborhoods even though they share a zip code range. If you're staying at any Overland Park hotel and need a scooter, wheelchair, or other mobility equipment, give us a call.
