Quick answer

How much does a rollator rental cost?

$50 per week or $100 per month — no daily rate. Most rollator rentals run several days to a few weeks (a family visit, a wedding, a recovery period), which is why we bill weekly and monthly instead of by the day. The reservation flow shows your exact total, including delivery, before you confirm.

The rollator

We rent the Lightweight Euro-Style Rollator (Medline F-22) — a wheeled walker with a built-in seat, four wheels with larger front wheels for outdoor surfaces, and ergonomic hand brakes with a parking lock so it stays put when you sit down. The frame folds for trunk transport and arrives cleaned and ready, with a quick walk-through at delivery.

Who rents a rollator from us

The most common reasons: a family visit with a lot of walking, a long museum or shopping day, a wedding weekend, or post-surgical recovery where standing in one place is harder than walking with support. It's built for someone who can walk but wants a stable frame to lean on and a seat to rest on partway through the day. Because there's no daily rate, it fits naturally into a multi-day visit.

Rollator, walker, or wheelchair?

A rollator rolls continuously as you walk and includes a seat — different from a standard walker, which has no wheels (or two) and requires lifting or pushing with each step. See our rollator vs. walker comparison for the full breakdown. If you need to be pushed or self-propel for longer distances instead of walking, a wheelchair is the better fit.

Hotel & home delivery, never the venue

We deliver to your hotel, home, or short-term rental — not to the stadium, convention hall, or event venue itself. For hotels, the rollator is tagged with your name and staged at the bell stand before you check in, the same process used for every rental we deliver. See our full hotel delivery page for hotel-by-hotel detail.

No prescription, no insurance paperwork

This is a hospitality rental — the same category as a rental car or a hotel booking, not durable medical equipment. No prescription, no insurance claim, no medical documentation. Reserve online in a couple of minutes or call 913-775-1098 and we'll help you get set up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to rent a rollator in Kansas City?
The rollator is $50 per week or $100 per month — no daily rate, since most rentals run several days to a few weeks rather than a single day. The reservation flow shows your exact total, including delivery, before you confirm.
What rollator do you rent?
The Lightweight Euro-Style Rollator (Medline F-22) — a wheeled walker with a built-in seat, four wheels with larger front wheels for outdoor surfaces, ergonomic hand brakes with a parking lock, and a frame that folds for trunk transport. We rent this one model, not a range of sizes.
Is a rollator different from a walker?
Yes. A standard walker has no wheels (or two) and requires lifting or pushing with each step; a rollator has four wheels, rolls continuously as you walk, and includes a seat to rest on. See our rollator vs. walker comparison for the full breakdown of which fits your situation.
Is a rollator or a wheelchair the right choice?
A rollator is for someone who can walk but wants a stable frame to lean on and a seat to rest on partway through the day. If you need to be pushed or self-propel for longer distances instead of walking, a wheelchair is the better fit — see our wheelchair rental page for pricing and sizes.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes — one week is the minimum, since there's no daily rate. A 10-day rental bills as one week plus a few days at the same weekly rate, not two full weeks.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to your hotel, home, or short-term rental — never to the venue itself. For hotels, the rollator is tagged with your name and staged at the bell stand before you check in. See our full hotel delivery process for detail.
Do I need a prescription or insurance to rent?
No. This is a hospitality rental service, not a medical provider — no prescription, insurance, doctor's note, or medical paperwork required. You simply reserve the equipment for your dates.
Is this a veteran-owned business?
Yes — founded 2023 by Jeff Guzman, a U.S. Army veteran, and still owner-operated today. If you're a veteran, a VA caregiver, or visiting a veteran family member in Kansas City, you're welcome to mention it when you call — happy to help however we can.
