What we commit to

90-minute FBO response time
From confirmed request to FBO drop-off during business hours. Same-day fleet held for FBO arrivals when notified by mid-morning. For known ETAs, equipment is staged before touchdown.
Same-day delivery, every metro hotel
Cards-on-file, bell-stand handoff, no friction at the guest. Common pickup time at checkout. We've worked with every front-desk team in KC's luxury hotel cluster.
Discretion-grade billing
Card-on-file for principal, charter operator, flight department, or family office. Same-day itemized PDF invoices. EA / family-office paperwork handled separately — never surfaces to the passenger.
Full ADA-compliant fleet
Travel and full-size 3-wheel and 4-wheel mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs (250-400 lbs capacity), transport chairs, knee scooters, rollators, lift recliners, hospital beds. Sized for the situation, never default-stocked.
Familiarization visits
We'll bring equipment to your FBO or hotel for a week so your staff can see it, try it themselves, and recommend with confidence. Concierges recommend what they know.
Crew-friendly
Flight crews calling on behalf of passengers get treated as authoritative. Discounted crew rate for personal layover use. Captain advocacy is the most reliable channel for next-trip passenger bookings.

Referral structure

Standard concierge referral structure applies: 10–15% of the rental subtotal for confirmed bookings sourced through your property or organization. Disclosed openly to the guest so the recommendation is squarely above-board. Settlement quarterly via the property's preferred method.

For FBO ELITE-style relationships or charter-operator owner-services contracts, larger commitments can be structured around volume guarantees. Call to discuss.

How to onboard

  1. Phone call. (913) 775-1098 — we answer live, M–Sat. Identify yourself as a concierge or CSR at your property.
  2. Familiarization visit. We bring equipment to your property for a week.
  3. Vendor sheet. Printable PDF with photos, dimensions, weight capacities, daily/weekly rates, delivery zones, response-time commitments. Handed to your guests when relevant.
  4. Listed as a preferred vendor. We're added to your local vendor guide; you become listed on our concierge-channel hub.
  5. Refer with confidence. Send guests to (913) 775-1098 or have them mention your property at booking. Quarterly reconciliation.
