Hello! Destination Management is a major national DMC with Kansas City coverage — corporate incentive trips, conventions, VIP itineraries, and multi-day corporate events. We're set up to support Hello! KC events as a group-booking mobility-equipment vendor (single-invoice billing, attendee-level itemization) when called upon. We are not currently a formal Hello! vendor; we would welcome the opportunity to be considered.

Group-booking workflow

Same group-booking workflow we’d offer any DMC — fleet held pre-event, staged at the host hotel the day before start, dedicated local support during the event, post-event pickup at the host hotel. Hello!‘s KC project lead would handle event-specific coordination directly with us.

Group event pricing

5+ scooters: 10-15% off standard rates. Larger volumes negotiated.

Referral structure

Standard 10-15% commission on bookings sourced through Hello! Disclosed to the event sponsor. Settlement after event closes.

Pricing

How early should Hello! lock in fleet for a major event?
For 10+ scooter events: 3-4 weeks ahead is comfortable. For larger events (20+ scooters) or events overlapping with KC peak weeks (Big 12 Tournament, NFL games, major conventions), 6-8 weeks ahead is safer.
