The question after every non-weight-bearing order. We deliver knee scooters, wheelchairs and rollators to the patient’s home, same-day, with no prescription and no insurance paperwork.
What your front desk does
- Hand them a card. That’s the whole ask.
- The patient calls us and we take it from there.
- We deliver to their home, set it up, and show them how to use it.
- We collect when they’re done. Nothing comes back to your office.
What we are not
Not a DME supplier. We don’t bill insurance or Medicare and we never will.
Not clinical. We don’t advise on what a patient should use — that stays with you.
Not a fitting service. We deliver what was ordered, clean and working.
Not a competitor. Nothing we do overlaps with what your clinic bills for.
What it costs your clinic
Nothing — and there’s no commission either. We don’t pay referral fees to anyone, in any program, so there’s no contract, no code to track and nothing to reconcile. That also means nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose. We bill the customer directly.
What we rent
- Knee scooters — the usual answer for a foot or ankle in a boot
- Manual wheelchairs and lightweight transport chairs
- Rollators and walkers
- Mobility scooters, when distance rather than weight-bearing is the problem
- By the week or the month — the length of an actual recovery
