Customers Calling You, Without the Marketing
Most people who run a rental business are good at the rental part. The marketing part is a second job they never asked for, and it is usually the one that decides whether the first one works.
So don't do it. I'll handle getting found in your area, and the inquiries come straight to you. Monthly fee, one business per market, stop whenever you like.
How it works
- We check your market I look at your area and tell you honestly whether there is enough demand to be worth it. Sometimes the answer is no, and you'd rather hear that from me now.
- I do the work Getting found in your area is my job and my cost. Nothing for you to build, manage or log into.
- Your phone rings Inquiries come to you directly. You quote them, you book them, you keep the customer.
What you don't get
- A website of your own. I build and run the marketing at my cost; nothing transfers to you, and if you stop, the inquiries stop.
- A promised number of leads. Your market decides that, and I'm not going to invent a figure.
- Anything to log into. If you want control of your own presence, a website is the better fit.
Questions
What exactly am I paying for?
Inquiries from people in your area looking to rent mobility equipment — phone calls and form submissions that come straight to you. You pay a monthly fee for that flow. You are not buying a website, software or an advertising account, and there is nothing for you to log into or manage.
Do I own anything at the end?
No, and I want to be plain about that rather than leave it vague. I build and run the marketing at my own cost and you pay monthly for the inquiries it sends you. If you stop, the inquiries stop — nothing transfers to you. If owning the asset matters to you, a website of your own is the better route, and that's a different service.
How is this different from the website page?
Different thing entirely. A website is something built for your business that you use. This is the opposite arrangement: I handle everything, and you handle the phone. People who want to be in control of their own presence should take the website; people who just want the phone to ring should take this.
Is it exclusive?
Yes. One business per market. I won't send the same inquiries to you and a competitor across town — that would be selling the same thing twice and both of you would get a worse service for it. If your area is already taken I'll say so straight away.
How many leads will I get?
I won't promise you a number. It depends on the size of your market, the time of year, and how much competition is already there, and anyone quoting you a monthly figure before they've looked at your town is guessing. What I'll do is look at your area and tell you honestly whether I think there's enough demand to be worth either of our time.
Am I tied in?
No long contract. It works monthly and you can stop when you like. If it isn't paying for itself you shouldn't be buying it, and a contract that keeps you in past that point only delays the conversation.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine — this runs alongside it and doesn't touch it. Plenty of businesses have a site that looks perfectly good and still doesn't bring the phone to life. If you'd rather fix that instead, say so on the call and I'll tell you which one I'd actually recommend for your situation. Or call me on (913) 775-1098.
