KC Mobility Scooter Rentals · Veteran-owned · Kansas City since 2023

When a guest can’t manage the walk

We deliver mobility scooters and wheelchairs to your bell stand, hand off at check-in, and bill the guest directly. Nothing on their folio, nothing on your desk.

How it works

  1. The guest books with us online, or a phone call after your desk mentions us.
  2. We deliver to the bell stand before check-in: cleaned, charged, labelled with the guest’s name and arrival date.
  3. Your bell captain hands it over like any other luggage item.
  4. It stays with the guest and charges in the room. Your team never operates or inspects it.
  5. We collect after checkout at a time the guest gives us.

What your team does

Mention us. That’s it. No forms, no code, no folio entry, no call to make on the guest’s behalf unless you want to.
Hold it at the bell stand before check-in and on departure morning — same as a suitcase.
Send questions to us. Anything about the equipment mid-stay comes to our number, not your desk.
Stay out of medical territory. We’re a hospitality rental, not a medical provider — no prescription, no insurance, no advice.

What it costs the hotel

Nothing — and there’s no commission either. We don’t pay referral fees to anyone, in any program, so there’s no contract, no code to track and nothing to reconcile. That also means nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose. We bill the customer directly.

Where we already pull up

More than 250 of our deliveries have gone to Kansas City hotels — most often the Marriott Downtown, the Westin and Sheraton at Crown Center, Loews Kansas City and Hotel Phillips, plus the Hilton and InterContinental on the Plaza, Hotel Kansas City, The Fontaine, the Ambassador and The Raphael. We deliver to any hotel in the metro.
