Short-term workplace mobility, without the paperwork

When an employee is back at work but can’t manage the distance, they can call us directly and we deliver to their home or workplace. Or we can send the company a secure payment link if your process calls for it. No prescription, no insurance, nothing for a health file.

Why this stays simple

A self-pay rental. We rent equipment the way a rental-car company rents cars, and we don’t bill insurance.
No documentation of need. There is nothing to collect or store about the employee’s health.
Employee or employer pays. The employee can pay us directly; for company payment, we send a secure payment link, due within 48 hours of approval.
Short-term by design. Weeks, not years. It’s sized to a temporary need.

Getting us set up as a vendor

  1. Ask and we’ll send a W-9 and a certificate of insurance the same day.
  2. Tell us who should receive the payment link. Billing information is never stored on our servers.
  3. Then it’s one phone call when somebody actually needs equipment.

Do it before you need it

Vendor setup is the part that takes a week; the delivery takes an afternoon. Getting us in the system while nothing is urgent is the whole point of this sheet.

What it costs your company

Nothing, and there’s no commission either. This is a resource arrangement: no referral fee for these referrals, no contract, nothing to reconcile and nothing for compliance to review or disclose. The person you point to us books and pays us directly, and we handle the rental, the delivery and the pickup.

Add KC Mobility as a mobility or accessibility resource on your website (a guest-services, patient-resources, resident or employee resources page, wherever it fits), and we’ll provide the wording and a direct link, plus printed cards where they help. When someone you serve needs mobility help, you have a reliable local number to give them.
