Free for your residents
Battery clinic. We come for an afternoon, test residents’ own scooters and chairs, and say honestly what needs doing — including “nothing, yours is fine”.
Scam-prevention session. What the mobility-equipment sales pitches look like and how to spot the bad ones. No product pitch attached.
Veteran to veteran. Jeff is retired Army after twenty years. A lot of residents are too, which tends to make for an easy afternoon.
No sales pitch. We don’t sell new scooters to your residents and we don’t collect their details.
When there’s an outing
- Tell us the date and roughly how many would do better on wheels.
- We deliver that morning and collect afterwards.
- We bill each family directly — it never becomes your billing problem.
What it costs your community
Nothing — and there’s no commission either. We don’t pay referral fees to anyone, in any program, so there’s no contract, no code to track and nothing to reconcile. That also means nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose. We bill the customer directly.
The storage room
Most communities have a corner collecting scooters and wheelchairs that residents left behind or that broke down and never got dealt with. We’ll haul all of it away free — nothing for your staff to lift or figure out. For anything still in good shape we can sometimes buy it outright, so a problem in the storage room turns into a small check instead.
