Scooters and wheelchairs delivered to your group hotel, same-day, billed to the traveler. It never touches your manifest, your margin or your billing.

How it works on tour

  1. Your tour director calls. A person answers — not a booking form, not a queue.
  2. We deliver to the group hotel same-day when we’re called by early afternoon.
  3. The traveler pays us directly. Nothing to collect, nothing to reconcile, nothing on your invoice.
  4. We collect on departure day from the same hotel.

Why day-of matters here

Most of these are not planned. Someone starts the itinerary fine and by the second morning is quietly staying on the coach — they didn’t book ahead because on day one they didn’t need it. Being able to fix that the same afternoon is the whole point.

What it costs your company

Nothing — and there’s no commission either. We don’t pay referral fees to anyone, in any program, so there’s no contract, no code to track and nothing to reconcile. That also means nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose. We bill the customer directly.
