Who we are

Local and owner-operated. Jeff Guzman, retired Army after twenty years. The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.
Not a broker. We own the equipment and deliver it ourselves. Nothing is subcontracted out to a national call center.
Hospitality, not medical. We’re a rental company. No prescriptions, no insurance billing, no medical advice — which keeps this simple for you to point at.
Seven days a week. Same-day across the metro when we’re called by early afternoon.

How a listing works

  1. Add us wherever the question lands — a visitor guide, an accessibility page, a member directory, or the note your front-desk volunteers read from.
  2. Send visitors straight to us by phone or website. No code, no form, nothing for your staff to fill in.
  3. We handle it from there and bill the visitor directly. It never becomes your billing or liability problem.

What it costs your organization

Nothing — and there’s no commission either. We don’t pay referral fees to anyone, in any program, so there’s no contract and nothing to reconcile, nothing for compliance to review and nothing to disclose. We bill the customer directly. If you’d like to link us from your website we’ll set up a discount code for your people — we create it and we manage it, so it still costs you nothing and there is still nothing for you to track.

Why bother listing anyone

The visitors most likely to ask you about accessibility are often the ones travelling for something they cannot reschedule — a graduation, a reunion, a wedding, a funeral. They have usually already booked the hotel and the flights by the time distance becomes the problem, and a walkable historic downtown is exactly the kind of place where it surfaces. Having one local name to give them is a small thing that changes the trip, and it costs your organization nothing to have it ready.

We create the code and we manage it, so there is still nothing for you to track and still nothing that costs you anything.
