Heading to Grassroots Connect Show 2026? Grassroots Connect Show 2026 runs Nov 9 – Jan 12 at Kansas City Convention Center (Bartle Hall). If you'll be on your feet across a busy show floor, a mobility scooter or wheelchair makes the day far more comfortable. We deliver it to your hotel before the event starts. Reserve in about two minutes.
Why rent a scooter for Grassroots Connect Show 2026
A convention or expo day adds up to miles of walking between the show floor, the sessions, your hotel and dinner. A mobility scooter or wheelchair lets you take in all of Grassroots Connect Show 2026 without wearing out by midday. We size the equipment to your weight and the distances you'll cover.
Nearby hotels we deliver to
Loews Kansas City connects directly to Bartle Hall by an indoor skybridge, so there's no weather and no street crossing. The Crowne Plaza Downtown is about a two-minute walk to the entrance, the closest hotel option on foot. Kansas City Marriott Downtown is a short, flat walk along 13th Street (its own skybridge connects to its ballroom, not to Bartle Hall). Hilton President Kansas City is a short, flat walk along 13th Street.
