Heading to KOA Annual Convention & Expo 2026? KOA Annual Convention & Expo 2026 runs Nov 17 – Nov 19 at Kansas City Convention Center (Bartle Hall). If you'll be on your feet across a busy show floor, a mobility scooter or wheelchair makes the day far more comfortable — and we deliver it to your hotel before the event starts. Reserve in about two minutes.
Why rent a scooter for KOA Annual Convention & Expo 2026
Convention and expo days mean miles of walking — the floor, the sessions, the hotel, dinner. A mobility scooter or wheelchair lets you take in all of KOA Annual Convention & Expo 2026 without wearing out by midday. We size the equipment to your weight and the distances you'll cover.
Nearby hotels we deliver to
Loews Kansas City — connects directly to Bartle Hall via an indoor skybridge — no weather, no street crossings. The Crowne Plaza Downtown — about a two-minute walk to the entrance, the closest hotel option on foot. Kansas City Marriott Downtown — a short, flat walk along 13th Street (its own skybridge connects to its ballroom, not to Bartle Hall). Hilton President Kansas City — a short, flat walk along 13th Street.
