What to tell the ticket holder who asks

A local rental company your guest services and box office teams can name when someone asks about the walk. Nothing to administer, nothing to reconcile.

What your team does

  1. Give out the number or the website. That is it. There’s no form, no code, and no booking on the guest’s behalf.
  2. We handle the guest including working out what actually suits your building and their event.
  3. We deliver to their hotel or home before the event. Drop-off at the venue is available on request for an added venue delivery fee, arranged with the guest, not your team.
  4. The guest pays us directly, not the venue or the box office.

Why have a name ready

The question already comes. Guest services fields it every week. Having one answer beats improvising each time.
It protects the sale. A ticket holder who cannot picture managing the distance sometimes just does not come.
Nothing to procure. You are not approving, contracting or paying a vendor. You are giving out a number.
For big public events ask about a staffed station: the event provides tent, power and vehicle space; guests pay us directly.

What it costs the venue

Nothing, and there’s no commission either. This is a resource arrangement: no referral fee for these referrals, no contract, nothing to reconcile and nothing for compliance to review or disclose. The person you point to us books and pays us directly, and we handle the rental, the delivery and the pickup.

What we are and are not

We are a local, owner-operated hospitality rental company. We are not a national broker. We don’t need prescriptions, we don’t bill insurance, and we don’t give health advice. We do not rent electric or power wheelchairs, and we will tell a guest that plainly rather than take the booking.

List us as a mobility resource

Add KC Mobility as a mobility or accessibility resource on your website (a guest-services, patient-resources, resident or employee resources page, wherever it fits), and we’ll provide the wording and a direct link, plus printed cards where they help. When someone you serve needs mobility help, you have a reliable local number to give them.
